Kavitha dares Sharmila for a debate

Telangana Jagruthi president Kalvakuntla Kavitha on Wednesday challenged Y S Jaganmohan Reddy’s sister Sharmila to come for an open debate on corrupt practices of YS Rajasekhara Reddy Government.

Speaking to the media here, Kavitha said that in stead of making their stand clear on Telangana statehood, the YSRCP leaders were arguing in various tones on Telangana issue. Though the construction cost of Pranahitha-Chevella project was estimated at Rs 17,000 crores initially, now they have inflated the cost to Rs 38,000 crores citing various reasons. How much bribe late YSR had extracted in this deal, she questioned.

Kavitha has alleged that late YSR had plundered natural resources of Telangana region from the minute he had assumed office of chief minister. She also demanded that Y S Jaganmohan Reddy be shifted to Rajahmundry jail from Chanchalguda, lest he might even sell Chanchalguda for money.
