TRS MP K. Kavitha has advised the youth to be cautious against the fake and fly-by-night travel agents who dupe them with the promise of taking them to Gulf countries.
Speaking in the “Our Village, Our MP” programme in Sarangapur mandal of Jagitiyal division of Karimnagar district on Wednesday, Kavitha said some gulf agents trap the unemployed youth with tall promises. She asked them not to fall prey and instead, search for livelihood at their native place.
Kavitha claimed that she brought nearly Rs. 140 crore of funds for the development of Nizamabad Parliamentary constituency from the Centre. She said efforts were also being made to link youth with self-employment schemes.
The Nizamabad MP also informed that the State Government was seriously considering the proposal to upgrade Girijan Tandas into Gram Panchayats. (INN)
