Srinagar: In a video that surfaced on the internet, a group of people tied a policeman to a chair and thrashed him for allegedly taking pictures of a woman in the busy marketplace of Ganderbal district in Jammu and Kashmir.
The incident occurred on Saturday. Video footage shows a woman thrashing the police personnel for allegedly harassing a woman by taking pictures.
