Kasganj violence: ABP’s Abhisar exposes ‘hate propaganda’ of Aaj Tak’s Sardana

NEW DELHI: NEW DELHI: As Kasganj was simmering with violence, Aaj Tak journalist Rohith Sardana took on the task of spreading lies for inciting riots through a video blog.

Sardana Facebook post became viral on social media. Sardana asked questions like: tiranga Hindustan main nahin toh Pakistan main fehraya jaega kya? Desh ke andar aise kitne Pakistan panap rahe hain [If not in India, will the tricolour be hoisted in Pakistan? How many such Pakistans are breeding in India?]

Later, senior ABP journalist Abhishar Sharma has exposed his lie and accused news channel for igniting communal flames.

In a video, Sharma expressed his displeasure and cleared the misconceptions about the incident and called out Sardana’s bluff.

Clashes broke out on Friday in Uttar Pradesh’s Kasganj City after members of right-wing organization entered in a Muslim dominated area and had an altercation with them who was in fact celebrating Republic Day.

Volunteers of VHP and ABVP taken out a bike rally carrying saffron flag started shouting ‘Hindustan Mein Rehna Hoga, Toh Vande Matram Kehna Hoga’ during a ‘Tiranga Yatra’. This led to clashes between the two groups.
