Nivada [UP]: In a shocking video which went viral, a head teacher can be seen in an intoxicated condition when he came to class.
In Bilhaur’s Nivada village of UP, a head teacher at Government primary school came to class in a drunken state. His condition was filmed by someone. In the video, kids of the school can be seen making fun of the teacher.

The students were also giggling while the teacher did not even know what was happening. At one moment, the teacher’s head was pushed up by his students while he was smiling.
