Kajal shocked at former manager’s involvement in Drug Racket

Hyderabad: Popular Tollywood actress Kajal Agarwal was “shocked” over her former manager Ronnie’s alleged involvement in the drug racket.
The actress, after coming to know about the arrest of Ronnie by SIT officials and seizure of contraband drugs, Kajal tweeted a message expressing her dismay at Ronnie’s involvement. She asserted that she would not support anyone in such activities and also assured full cooperation to the authorities in whatsoever manner in the probe.
On Monday evening, the Excise and Prohibition sleuths picked up Ronnie here in the city after they raided his residence, seized ganja and other narcotic substances. The police also confirmed that Ronnie has links with drug peddlers in the city. Ronnie was arrested after actor Navdeep disclosed his name during SIT interrogation. She also said she had been sharing an extremely professional and cordial relationship with the people in the industry. “I am unaware of their whereabouts and activities once the professional duties are over,” she said.
Meanwhile, the SIT officers completed interrogation of Art Director Chinna today at Excise Bhavan at Nampally. While leaving the place after questioning, he refused to talk to the media. (NSS)
