Juvenile deliquents cant’s be treated as criminals:Justice Eshwaraiah

High Court Judge Justice Eshwaraiah has observed that the country would develop further only when the juvenile delinquents, who committed crimes during adolescent age, were reformed. The society hinges on the welfare of the young generation, he added.
