Washington D.C. [USA], Dec 6 (ANI): American singer-songwriter Justin Timberlake has postponed his ‘Man of the Woods’ tour dates due to bruised vocal cords for which he is currently undergoing treatment.
The ‘Say Something’ hitmaker took to his official Instagram account to share the news with his fans in a long post.
“Hey guys, I’m sure you have heard that I’ve had to postpone several tour dates due to bruised vocal cords. My vocal cords are healing, but they are not all the way back to normal yet, so my doctors want me to continue to rest my voice. They have asked me to hold off on singing until next month. I’m really sorry, I want to be back on the stage and I’m doing all I can to get there quickly. Thank you for understanding – I see all of your posts and I appreciate the support and the love. I look forward to coming back stronger than I was before. More to come on the rescheduled dates,” the post read.
The 37-year-old star had postponed several dates in the recent weeks, as he tried to recover from his troublesome throat, reported The Hollywood Reporter.
Most of the previously postponed dates have been moved to February and March.
However, the singer is making the best out of the bad situation right now. Almost two weeks back, he appeared on ‘The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon’ for a silent interview to promote his new book titled ‘Hindsight’. Timberlake released the book on October 30, 2018.
His book gives readers a peek into Timberlake’s creative process through an intimate collection of images from his personal archives that range from childhood to the present day. [source_without_link]ANI[/source_without_link]
