Justice Loya death case: Maha Govt. open to probe

Mumbai: Maharashtra Govt. may consider reopening Justice Loya death case if it receives a complaint with substantial evidence. This was disclosed by NCP Spokesperson and State Minister, Nawab Malik.

After a three-hour-long meeting of NCP ministers which was presided by Sharad Pawar, Malik said that there will be no probe without sufficient reason.
