Lead India 2020 Foundation Trust on Wednesday unanimously elected Justice B. Chandra Kumar of the High Court as president in place of Dr K.V. Ramanachary, IAS (Retd) who joined politics.
Shantabiotics chairman Padmabhushan KI Varaprasad Reddy proposed the name of Justice Chandra Kumar and seconded by Vijai Electricals CMD D.J. Ramesh. G. Pulla Reddy group of institutions chairman G. Raghava Reddy and Founder & chairman of Lead India 2020 Prof. N.B. Sudarshan were present. Harikishan Eppanapally from New Jersey, USA participated in the election through teleconferencing.
Foundation national coordinator (Training) has stated that the Trust has one crore students and unemployed youth in training program, summer camps, Lead India Bharat Ratnas chain of schools programs were taken as a road map for 2013-14. (NSS)
