Hyderabad: Retd. Chief Justice Orissa High Court Justice Bilal Nazki has been appointed as Chairman Human Rights Commission, Jammu & Kashmir state. Jammu & Kashmir government issued orders in this connection. Justice Bilal Nazki has served on the post of acting Chief Justice in Andhra Pradesh state for a long time in the past. Later he was elevated to the post of Chief Justice High Court Orissa state. After his retirement from the post he was appointed Chairman Human Rights Commission, Patna. Meanwhile Jammu & Kashmir government has appointed Justice Bilal Nazki as Chairman Human Rights Commission, Jammu & Kashmir state for a period of 5 years.
