Mumbai: Putting an end to the turbulence surrounding the release of Karan Johar’s next movie ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’, MNS chief Raj Thackeray after meeting CM Devendra Fadnavis and the movie’s director, Karan Johar reached a truce on October 22 by suggesting that producers casting Pakistani actors in their movies will have to pay Rs. 5 crore for the Army Welfare Association.
They also demanded film producers give in writing that the body will pass a resolution stating that they will not work with Pakistani actors in future.
Twitterati seems to be unimpressed and is thrashing Raj Thackeray with this plain goonda-raj. Read the tweets here!

Dear Mr Thackeray, did you just fix the price of a soldier's honour or izzat at 5 crores? Dont you see this thuggery devalues the Uniform?

So @OfficeOfRG vindicated yet again; #KhoonKiDalali proven again in the despicable Rs 5 Cr " arrangement" on #ADHM release by #BJP-MNS.

Dear CM Fadnavis, so if I give Rs 5 to the Gau Raksha fund, can I have beef in Maharashtra?

Unlike Fadnavis, the Army has self-respect. Must decline extorted "chillar." India needs no mafia gun to its head to look after its Army

MNS & Raj T aren't the culprits here, the BJP government is. A government which can't protect its people should be thrown in the dustbin

#5crores for #ADHM release
I am pretty sure MNS's party members have Sultan Mirza backgroud music as their ring tone.— Kunal. (@kunal_1802) October 22, 2016
