Mr. Mohd Mushtaqui Mohiuddin, President, Muslim Welfare Association of Shamsabad Mandal had presented a memorandum to Govt. of A.P. for establishing Junior and Degree Colleges in Shamsabad but there was no response after this he sent a fax to Mr. K.Rahman Khan, Union Minister for Minority Affairs reminding the establishment of Urdu and English Medium Junior and Degree Colleges in Shamsabad. Mr. Ujwal Kumar Under Secretary, Govt. of India sent a letter to the Secretary of the Dept of Minority Welfare instructing him to establish Junior and Degree colleges in Shamsabad.
