Marussia driver Jules Bianchi”s mother has accused people of shirking responsibility in light of her son”s horror crash at the Japanese Grand Prix that left the Frenchman fighting for his life. Jules suffered a severe head injury after he hit a truck recovering a damaged Formula One car during a wet Japanese Grand Prix. He has been in a stable but critical condition since the race almost two weeks ago and during that Christine Bianchi has remained silent. But, Christine broke her silence on Friday and said strong words about the crash, which seemed to hint that she had been told to remain silent about the incident, The Daily Express reported. Christine gave an update on her son”s health saying that he was still unconscious. She said that Jules is being very well treated, and added that the hospital is perfect, the doctors are excellent, respectful and kind. Christine further said that she cannot say anything more, apart from about the criticisms, adding that some people say things to shirk their responsibilities. Jules mother also revealed that Formula One is a very big business when she was asked if she was being forced to keep silent. Earlier this week Jules” team Marussia had reacted to reports that their driver had not slowed down sufficiently to caution flags. He was injured during extreme wet conditions at Suzuka and it was reportedly claimed that the Frenchman had not reacted to double yellow flags. Those warnings are displayed to tell drivers to slow down and some reports in Germany had claimed Jules had been ordered to ignore that by Marussia. However, the team strongly refuted those suggestions and said that the team is shocked and angered by these allegations. (ANI)
