Mumbai, December 15: She is a great actress turned producer turned business woman, yes, we are taking about the very talented Juhi Chawla, who is currently keeping a low profile in Bollywood and is pretty much happy to be away, as she is having a gala time with her family and kids.
Apparently not missing much of Bollywood, Juhi recalls spending some quality time with her family, she says, “In an incident which happened 2.5 years ago, my in-laws American friends were visiting India, just to see the Taj Mahal, but I had no such aspiration to visit the Taj Mahal as we generally don’t give importance to the things which are from our soil regardless of however beautiful it may be.”
“But, when I came across the beautiful architecture of the Taj Mahal I was amazed beyond words to see such form of art. After the Taj tour, the tourist guide took us to Carpet Museum as every foreign tourist must tour that museum otherwise the tour would be called incomplete, so we had to go unwillingly. The Carpet Museum artisan showed us various carpets, all stunningly designed with beautiful flowers, petals and mogul designs that really left us speechless, one can’t explain the beauty of those carpets,” says an awestruck Juhi.
Summing up her journey to the Taj Mahal, Juhi says, “Though I went on the tour with no interest initially, but after visiting the place I have to say that, that experience will remain with me my whole life.”
Well better late than never, we are sure after being bowled over by the Taj Mahal, Juhi would certainly be recommending it to friends and family. Currently Juhi Chawla is busy with director Onir’s film “I am’ that stars her and Manisha Koirala.
