JP Ready for Alliance with BJP-TDP Combine

Bouyed with soaring popularity of the BJP and its prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, yet another political party showing inclination to forge electoral alliance with the saffron party.
Speaking to media here on Saturday, Lok Satta Party president Jayaprakash Narayan, a bureaucrat-turned-politician, said his party was ready to have an alliance with the BJP. Referring to BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi’s statement that economic development and provision of employment to teeming youth was the motto of his party, Jayaprakash Narayan exuded confidence that Modi would provide a stable government at the Centre and that is the reason why Lok Satta Party wanted to have a tie-up with BJP and TDP parties.
Dr Jayaprakash Narayan opined that delay in forging alliance was not advisable in the present circumstances. He criticized those parties which announced that if voted to power loans would be waived off. Who has given right to these parties to announce waiving off loans? Narayana asked and said he would write a letter to RBI about these populist gimmicks. There was need of increasing production and provide employment opportunities to youth, he said. “If we fail to provide employment to the youth in next 10 years, the country would face a serious situation, Lok Satta Party president said.
