A seminar “Journey Towards your job” was conducted by Smart Academy an initiative of Bashir and Sarwar Babukhan trust & Avenir Labs in association with SIASAT Daily at HRA Raheem Manzil Apartments, Nallagutta, Secunderabad on 22/09/2013. The main objective of these series of seminars across the twin cities is to create awareness in regards to the importance of Development of skills and available job opportunities to acquire a noble job for the Muslim Graduates and awareness among their parents.
The programme started and was hosted by Mr. Humair Arif which then continued with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Mr Feroz.
Mr Mohammed Ahmed Mohiuddin (Co-founder & Partner Avenir Labs) presented the seminar where he enlightened the gathering on the very urgent need of Muslim youth to understand the importance of skills development for securing their first job, also emphasised parents on their over protective attitude towards their children to diminish, further the gathering was shown figures highlighting today’s job market and the percentage of Muslim youth grabbing such opportunity available. Mr Ahmed Mohiuddin requested the gathering to avail the training programme conducted by Smart Academy which was founded by visionary Late Mr. Bashiruddin Babaukhan Sahab with the vision to uplift the Muslim community.
The presentation was concluded by a Question & Answer session & ended with an one on one discussion to perfect the qualm and misconceptions related to the present job market, while interacting with a couple of lady participants a misbehaviour act by our community boys came to our notice at the interview venue at a MNC creating a fear and dilemma for the ladies and giving wrong impression among other communities who were there to attend the interview, the mischievous Muslim youngsters couldn’t get pass the interview and also showed no signs of grief.
The crowd appreciated the team of Avenir Labs & SIASAT Daily for such initiative programs for the development of Muslim youth and their efforts towards a better future of our community.
