The Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program 2018 invites applications from master’s degree applicants.
The Scholarship Program (JJ/WBGSP) is open to professionals with relevant experience who are applying for a master’s degree in the development field.
Who is offering this scholarship:
The scholarship is provided by IHS, Erasmus University Rotterdam. The Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies (IHS) is an education, advisory and research institute of Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Since 60 years, it has been their mission to develop human and institutional capacities, to reduce poverty and improve the quality of life in cities.
Who can apply for this scholarship:
Applicant must be a national of a World Bank member developing country.
Applicant should not hold dual citizenship with a developed country.
Applicant should have a good health condition.Applicant must have a bachelors degree 3 years prior to the application deadline.
Applicant must have 3 or more years of work experience in a development related field after completing a bachelors degree.
Applicant should have an unconditional offer for at least one of the JJ/WBGSP preferred or partner master’s degree programs.
