Kurukshetra: In Haryana, jobs are being provided on the basis of merit only and the state government has taken steps to put an end to corruption, nepotism and regional bias, Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said today.
Interacting with the youth at ‘Connect2CM’ programme in Kurukshetra, he said, “I believe that those who have been elected for five years should not burden the society for 30 to 35 years by recruiting wrong persons in government jobs.”
Asking the youth to work for the progress of the state and the country and at the same time achieve personal success, Khattar said his government is preparing several schemes for their welfare.
Several draft plans have been prepared for education, arts and skill development, the benefits of which would soon reach people, he said.
