Job Description:
Work Location: Noida (10), Manesar, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Cochin, Madurai, Coimbatore, Mumbai /Pune.
ROLE SUMMARY
Site Lead shall ensure smooth functioning of day to day security services. Assist in identifying and assessing in risks and develop plans to mitigate key exposures to people, operations, assets, information, intellectual property, and reputation. Assist in preparing regular assessment/update on environmental aspects and their impact on the security & safety environment. Provide security advice and support to the company.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ensure that all security systems are in place and useable, all documents as per SOPs are available and updated. Systems, procedures and SOPs as required from time to time are developed, reviewed and revised.
Monitor the performance of security personnel and make security vendors replace the staff who fail to perform their duty as required.
Ensure proper training of guarding staff as per training programme submitted by security vendors. Evaluate the same and submit a report upon completion.
Ensure that all the guidelines and standing instruction on any process are adhered to.
Monitor Access Control procedures and ensure security guards are following the process religiously. Ensure high quality of VMS and materials movement controls.
Obtain relevant and regular BMS and provide security reports and update as required by the client.
Study gaps in Access Control, CCTV coverage and recommend corrective measures.
Ensure Security Control Room(s) are efficient and updated on all information at all times.
Ensure checks are carried out on all fire hydrants, fire extinguishers, first aid box and documented.
Ensure proper security protocols are followed for VIP/ clients visits.
Carry out daily/ weekly/ monthly security checks and prepare reports.
Ensure vehicle parkings are efficiently managed by respective security vendors as per instructions on the subject.
Directs, coordinates and/or conducts the approach, deployment and execution of confidential or time sensitive investigations.
Ensures regulatory compliance, adherence to security standards using ongoing tracking, reporting and audit processes.
Ability to carry out and supervise all phases of an incident reporting as also handle investigations at a professional level.
Enforce timely submission of vendor invoices along with supporting documents and timely disbursement of salaries to 100% security personnel.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
Minimum 05 year of experience in defence forces as a Commissioned Officer (20 years in case of a JCO or equivalent) and 05 years as a site security head in corporate/ hospitality sector.
Proficiency in working on MS Excel and power point.
Certification in Fire Fighting desirable.
