JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Work on reported Transactions vs Process.
2. Responsible for Generating & verifying the data and sending
3. Preparing the Audit reports and sending to internal audit team.
4. Handling exception cases.
5. Resolving the CRM complaints within TAT.
6. Handling Queries via Call & Mails.
7. Preparing daily MIS
8. Resolving funding related queries.
