Job Specific Description:
Research, analysis, design, implementation and ongoing enhancement of ASP.NET -based web services, leveraging of persistence mechanisms including OOPS concept. Clear focus on security and high performance. Extremely hands-on in building data-driven business applications. Iterative application development, including troubleshooting and performance optimization. Work under pressure and manage projects to deliver on tight deadlines. Produce high quality production software using industry best practices. Produce excellent, thorough, design and development documentation.
The candidate may need to work in an agile model.
Required Experience & Skills:
3+ years of .NET development experience.
Strong knowledge of C#., NET 4.5, ASP.NET MVC/Web Api, JSON.
Must have experience and understanding in implementing and consuming WCF and REST services.
Understanding of complex object serialization and deserialization.
Understanding and experience in business domain-driven design, founded upon mastery with the application of Object-Oriented principles.
Experience writing unit and system tests.
Experience shipping high performance and complex web applications is a must.
Hands-on experience with source control & release management systems such as TFS, SVN, Git.
Excellent communication skills.
Prior experience in software development or knowledge of databases
Prior experience working with an Agile-based development team using Scrum and/or Kanban framework
Other amenities and requirements
a) Minimum 6 months of contract. Might extend to 1 year and beyond based on client projects
b) Contractors to be placed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for the entire duration of the contract
c) Contractors Visa and Air Travel will be taken care of, by the company.
d) Contractors accommodation in Riyadh will be taken care of, by the company.
e) Contractors will be asked to take client interviews over Skype which will be very technical focussed.
f) Contractors should be able to join immediately within 2 weeks after the successful completion of the client interview.
g) Contractors should have a valid passport with at least 2 years of validity left on their passport.
Immediate Joiners with 3-5 years of Experience Only with valid Passports are eligible.
