Job Profile:

Preparing Notice, Agenda & Supporting papers for Board Meeting.
Maintenance and updating of various statutory register & records.
Formation of Private Limited Company and Public Limited Company.
Handling statutory compliances and shareholder’s quarries of one of the listed group company.
Effecting updation of the Company Master Data from the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
Handling audit requirements
Drafting and vetting power of attorneys, indemnities, affidavits etc.
Drafting and Vetting Leave and License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Sub- Lease Agreement, Amenities – Agreement, Letter of Intent, Addendum to Agreement for running Computer Training Centre and for other office/ personal use.
Drafting various types of letters such as renewal, termination, demand letters etc. of Leased property.
Work relating to obtaining licenses required for running FMCG Company such as license under Factories Act, Shops and Establishment Act etc. and also the approvals from statutory authorities such as Director Industrial Safety and Health, MIDC- water Section, MIDC Fire Section, Grampanchayat etc.
Dealing with banks for drafting and vetting loan agreements.
Drafting legal notices and replying to the notices received by the company from ex- employees, distributors, customers etc.
Attending court cases for recovery of security deposit, dishonor of cheque, recovery of C forms etc.
Coordinated with the Bank people & scrutinizing the Bank documentation such as Hypothecation deed, pledge of shares etc. for getting loan sanctioned.
Liaison, brief and follow-ups with Advocates/ Solicitors on various legal matters.

Responsible to draft Legal Strategy, SOPs & Legal Protocols for the Organization.
Responsible for Contract Management, Advisory & Litigation Management.
Responsible for preparation of Legal Tracker and planner, legal notices, legal manuals, labour & regulatory compliance processes, etc.
Responsible for liaisoning with consultants at different locations PAN India.
Responsible to build a case and share the analysis of the same with these consultants in order to mitigate the legal risk in existing & perspective legal cases in the court of law.
Responsible for drafting statements, opinions regarding legal issues and queries raised by Internal & External customers.
