NEW DELHI: Property consultant JLL India, which recently forayed into e-commerce segment to market flats, today said it has closed deals worth Rs 30 crore during its online home festival.
Earlier this month, JLL India announced a 10-day online home festival offering apartments in over 100 housing projects at a discount of 5-8 per cent. It had last month tied up with marketplace Snapdeal and a mobile-based property brokers network BroEx.
“JLL India’s Online Home Fest, launched on April 5, has… resulted in deal closures worth over Rs 30 crore,” JLL India said in a statement.
The company has now extended the online sale till April 30. JLL has partnered Indiabulls to offer exclusive home loans starting 9.50 per cent interest with zero processing fees.
“With an average of 800-1,000 daily registrations, we have decided to extend the fest till April 30 for the benefit of buyers who are still contemplating a purchase,” JLL India CEO – Residential Services Ashwinder Raj Singh said.
