Age Limit (As on 01/01/2018): Minimum – 18 Years; Maximum – 40 Years, 42 Years for PWD, 43 Years for RBA / SC / ST / ALC / SLC Category Candidates.
Educational Qualifications:
Assistant Draftsman (Translation) -> Bachelors Degree in Law. 02 Years actual practice at Bar with proficiency in Urdu.
Assistant Legal Remembrancer / Public Law officer -> Bachelors Degree in Law of a university established by law in India. 02 years actual practice at Bar.
Application Fee: ₹ 805/- for General Category; ₹ 405/- for Reserved categories. The total amount of fee payable shall include ₹ 05/- as service charges of the J&K Bank. The last date for submission of fee / bank challan is 28th February 2018.
Selection Process: Examination / Interview.
