Jammu, February 16:The Jammu and Kashmir Police today said it has taken various welfare measures for the families of its personnel, killed in clashes while restoring peace and normalcy in the state.
“Police department is providing free education, besides boarding and lodging, to children of such personnel in police public schools established in the state,” DGP Kuldeep Khoda said here.
Several financial grants have been provided to such families under various schemes, he said.
