J&K cultural festival in Telangana for the first time to promote communal harmony

Hyderabad: Dept. of Language and Culture of Govt. of Telangana is organizing “Jammu and Kashmir Cultural Festival” in Hyderabad, Warangal and Mehboob Nagar in order to promote communal harmony. This was disclosed Mr. M. Hari Krishna, Director of the Dept. of Language and Culture, Govt. of Telangana. He informed that J&K festival will be held at 6 p.m. today at Ravindra Bharati in Hyderabad. The program includes Dhamali, Chakri, Rouf Dance, Ladhakhi dance etc.

He also told that this is the first time that J&K Festival is being held in Telangana. All these cultural programs are not only famous in Kashmir but also throughout the country. He requested the people to participate in the programs in large numbers.
