J&K CM stable, continues to be in ICU

New Delhi: The condition of Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed is said to be stable, but he continues to be on essential medications and supportive therapy.

All India Institute of medical Sciences, in a statement, said: “He is hemodynamically stable, and in view of his lung condition, he requires respiratory support.”

“He continues to be on essential medications and supportive therapy. His condition continues to be warranting and his progress and treatment is being closely monitored,” it added.

Sayeed has been admitted since December 24.

79-year-old Sayeed was flown to Delhi on December 24 and was admitted to a private ward in AIIMS with complaints of fever and chest pain.
