Srinagar, July 09: Six-month-old Omar Abdullah government is likely to be expanded within a couple of days. The Chief Minister today met Governor N N Vohra to discuss the date and time for the expansion of the state cabinet, official sources told PTI. Omar and nine cabinet ministers- five from Congress and four from National Conference- took oath on January 5.
Vohra and Omar also discussed various other important issues, including the overall situation in the state, during their one hour meeting, they said. The Chief Minister briefed the Governor about his meetings with the Union ministers in Delhi.
