Actress Jessica Alba says she is concerned about what her children eat on a daily-basis though she lets them have a treat occasionally.
The 31-year-old actress tries to make sure her daughters, four-year-old Honor, and Haven, 19 months, have as healthy a diet as possible, reported Contactmusic.
I try to give my kids whole foods and grains as much as humanly possible. They’re little spazzes when they have too
much refined sugar. But everything in moderation,” she said.
I have friends who won’t give their kids plastic toys, I’m like, ‘You know what? I’m ok with Honor having Barbies.”
