Alleging that the crop investment would not become an alternative to beneficial price to the crop of farmers, CLP Deputy Leader T Jeevan Reddy has pointed out that the farmers didn’t get the benefit of loan waiver scheme and he expressed a doubt saying that whether the farmers would get the proposed crop invest amount.
Speaking at Assembly Media Point here on Friday, Jeevan Reddy claimed that the government didn’t release single rupee to the interest emerged in the loan waiver scheme due to paying the amount in phased manner. The TRS government did nothing to the farmers except indulging in publicity, he pointed out. He said that the government brought 24-hours power scheme to cover commissions in power purchase. He said that the credit of giving free power to the farmers goes to Congress party.
The TRS government spent Rs 13,000 crore though it allocated Rs 26,000 crore to daliths, he said and claimed that the government allowed lapse of the funds of daliths and tribal intentionally. The government has no list of most backward classes castes, he said and asked the government, which filled 27,000 jobs till date, to tell as to when it could fill the remaining 80,000 jobs. Stating that the government allocated huge funds to the Mission Bhagiratha scheme, Jeevan Reddy asked the government to tell whether the pipes using in the scheme was for water or water for pipes. He lashed out at the government saying that it was running atrocious government in the state.
He said that it was unfortunate that the TRS MPs staged protests in the Parliament to see that the House should not be in order when the TDP MPs moved no confidence motion against the BJP government demanding the implementation of assurances mentioned in the Division Act. He alleged that the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, who was chanting Third Front mantra these days, made his MPs to obstruct the proposed no-confidence motion by the TDP, TMC, Congress and other political parties. The TRS was dancing to the tunes of BJP, he alleged and said that the TRS party attitude was different where the opposition parties were waging movement for the implementation of division act assurances.
