Jeera Pepper Chicken

Ingredients
•Cumin seeds 1 tablespoon
•Black peppercorns 15-20
•Boneless chicken breast 2
•Oil 2 tablespoons
•Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
•Lemon juice 1
•Black salt (kala namak) 1/2 teaspoon
•Salt 1/2 teaspoon
•Browned garlic,crushed 2 tablespoons
•Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
•Spring onion greens for garnish
•Red chilli for garnish
Method
Heat 1 tsp oil in a small non-stick pan, add black peppercorns and cumin seeds to it and sauté.

Cut chicken breasts into large pieces and marinate them with garlic paste, lemon juice, black salt and salt. Coarsely crush cumin seeds and black peppercorns. Add browned garlic and red chilli powder and put the mixture in a plate. Heat the remaining oil in another non-stick pan. Coat chicken pieces with the spice mixture and shallow fry for 6-8 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper. Garnish with spring onion greens and red chilli and serve hot.
