Hyderabad: Principal Secretary and Commissioner of Industrial Promotion Jayesh Ranjan today inaugurated two newly developed online modules, online mineral dealer transit passes (OMDTS) and online Temporary Permits (OTP) and dedicated the online operability and functionality to the entrepreneurs/stakeholders.
As a part of Automation, the State government accorded permission to the department to procure smartphones and tabs for automation of the functionality of the officers in the field work. The Smartphones and Tabs were distributed to all the officers at Directorate, Regional & District level. The department has designed ‘field report generation templates’ enabled to be browsed through tabs for reporting the field observations viz., inspections, vigilance, inquiry reports and so on from the fieldwork itself.
