Union minister Prakash Javadekar today worshipped Lord Venkateshwara at Tirumala and got blessings from temple priests.
The TTD officials offered the Union minister a warm welcome.
Speaking to the media later, Javadekar said there will be no fire accidents in Sheshachalam forests in the district. We have prepared plans to overcome the problem of fire accidents which will not recur, Javadekar stated. In coordination with the State government, efforts were being made to ensure that there was no fire accident in future, he said. (NSS)
