Vinod Dua discusses BJP MLA Sangeet Som’s comments on Taj Mahal and the RSS affiliated trade union Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh’s criticism of the BJP’s economic policies.
BJP MLA Sangeet Som on Wednesday, has called the Taj Mahal, the seventh wonder of the world, “a blot on Indian culture” and said “it was built by an emperor who wanted to finish off Hindus”.
He also termed Mughal emperors Babur, Akbar and Aurangzeb as “traitors” and said their names would be removed from pages of history.
Firstly, it was Subramanian Swamy who critised the Narendra Modi government’s economic policies then senior BJP and former finance minister Yashwant Sinha lambasts the BJP-led central government on economic policies.
“I shall be failing in my national duty if I did not speak up even now against the mess the finance minister has made of the economy,” writes Sinha in an opinion piece for the Indian Express.

The Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS), a trade union affiliated to the RSS criticised the BJP-led Union government’s economic and labour policies for allegedly mismanaging India’s economy.
