Jamie Lynn Sigler has hopped aboard Fox’s multi-camera/hybrid pilot ‘ Fantasy Life.’
The 33-year-old ‘Sopranos’ alumna will co-star opposite Kevin Connolly, Vanessa Williams, and James Caan in the project, which is based on the memoir by one of U.S.’ top fantasy experts, ESPN’s Matthew Berry , Deadline.com reported.
Penned by Tim McAuliffe, the pilot shows hard-working Mitch (Connolly) finally lands his ultimate dream job of hosting a fantasy football show, but he’s forced to navigate office politics as he becomes the star he never thought was possible.
Sigler will play the role of a strong, confident, attractive, sports analyst named Abby, on Mitch’s Fantasy Football league show. Caan plays an ex-legendary football player/coach who also is working on the show, while Williams will play Mitch’s new boss.
Connolly is also executive producing the project alongside McAuliffe and 3 Arts’ Michael Rotenberg, Jonathan Berry, Greg Walter and Troy Zien. (ANI)
