Jamia Nizamia has decided to equate its fazil course to graduation level by introducing English, Urdu and Arabic to English translation subjects in its curriculum. The Director of Jamia Nizamia, Mufti Khaleel Ahmed told this in a conference held here yesterday, present on this occasion were Maulana Khaja Shareef, Head of the Department of Hadith and Mr. Syed Ahmed Ali, Secretary of Jamia Nizamia.
Mufti Khaleel Ahmed told that the institution has decided to provide these extra subjects without making any changes in the regular syllabus. Islam promotes earning money through lawful means, it was therefore decided to equip the students of this institutions to prepare them to face the challenges in the job market. English is an International language and it is very essential to learn it. In order to make the students proficient in English language translation courses from Arabic to English have been introduced. Hitherto, Jamia Nizamia was offering Science and Mathematics upto VIII standard but now upto fazil level, English and Urdu have been made compulsory.
