Jamat-e-Islami to hold anti-terrorism meet from Feb 21

Hyderabad: Jamat-e-Islami-e-Hind will conduct a week-long anti-terrorism campaign from 21st to 28th February.

Addressing a press conference here on Saturday, JIH Telangana & Odisha President Hamed Mohammed Khan said that the week-long anti-terrorism campaign would be conducted at 13 different locations. The campaign will be launched in GHMC limits. Besides holding public meetings, power point presentations will be given against terrorism.

Hamed Mohammed Khan said that the campaign was aimed at exposing the anti-Islamic and terror activities of ISIS. He said that the Jamat-e-Islami aims to prevent the youth from getting misguided from the terror-outfit ISIS propaganda by making them aware of true Islam which preaches peace and brotherhood. (INN)
