Jamal Khashoggi case: New details surface

Tehran: New details on Journalist Jamal Khashoggi murder case surfaced. As per the Turkish security source, CIA Director, Gina Haspel saw all the evidence related to the case.

According to the report published in FARS New Agency, these evidences reportedly proves the involvement of Saudi Arabia’s highest level of leadership.

It is also reported that Saudi Arabia would pay the compensation to the journalist’s family and his fiancée, Turkish sources said.

It may be mentioned that recently, the head of the CIA briefed US President Donald Trump on the latest developments in the investigation of the killing of Jamal Khashoggi after a fact-finding mission to Turkey.

Gina Haspel delivered her report to Trump at the White House with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo also present, State Department spokesman Robert Palladino said. Haspel shared her “findings and discussions from her trip to Turkey,” said Palladino, who declined to discuss the substance of her presentation.
