Jalalabad : The death toll rose to 13 with more than 20 injured in the suicide bombing at a guest house belonging to provincial council member Obaidullah Shinwari in Jalalabad, Nangarhar, on Sunday morning.
According to Tolo News, officials have said that one of the injured is Shinwari’s father Malek Osman, who is also a tribal elder.
No group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
Security forces have cordoned off the area and all injured have been taken to hospital.(ANI)
