Mumbai, December 29: A Jaipur-bound GoAir flight got delayed by over three hours today with a section of the passengers complaining that the airline did not inform them about the late departure.
GoAir, however, refuted the charge.
There were around 150 passengers on board the GoAir Mumbai-Jaipur flight, scheduled to take off at 14.50 pm, which finally departed for its destination at around 18.30 pm.
“The flight was scheduled to take off at 14.50 pm.
When we reached the airport and were issued boarding pass, the airline informed that our flight was delayed by two hours,” a passengers said.
The airline, however, did not give any reason for the delay and kept informing the passengers that the flight would take off soon, the passenger alleged.
“None of the airline staff informed us about the take off-time,” he said.
When contacted, GoAir said that the delay was caused by fog at the Bangalore airport.
