New Delhi, November 16: Condoling the demise of former Information and Broadcasting Minister P Upendra, Urban Development Minister S Jaipal Reddy today said the country has lost an able administrator and a scholarly politician.
“In P Upendra’s demise, the country has lost a distinguished parliamentarian, an able administrator and scholarly politician. As a minister of Information and Broadcasting and Parliamentary Affairs, he displayed a great skill as a political leader,” Reddy said.
“I feel intensely for this loss of a close personal friend and convey my condolences to Mrs P Upendra and her children,” he said in his message.
