Jail to shopkeepers for violating shop timings

Hyderabad: Police has started action against the shopkeepers who violate timings of business by keeping their shops open late at nights. A businessman of Jubilee Hills in West Zone was sentenced to three days imprisonment for violating the rules consecutively for six times. Last week action has been taken in South Zone against 200 businessmen under section 188 of IPC and City Police Act 21/76. Mohammed Arif, Manager of A1 Restaurant in Somajiguda had fine for five times for violating the rule. In the same manner the owner of Bismillah Establishment, Nazeer was arrested and presented before X Special Metropolitan Magistrate who pronounced him three days imprisonment.
