Jaidev will embarrass Uddhav

Jaidev Thackeray arrive on the scene to break his silence on the legal tussle with his younger brother Uddhav over the share of property, worth several crores, left by their father Bal Thackeray, a Shiv Sena patriarch.

A press conference will be held in next coming days where Jaidev will clear his stand on the grounds for approaching the Bombay High Court to challenge Uddhav’s probate petition.

A probate petition is filed to certify the will of a deceased by a competent court.

According to Sena sources, Balasaheb did not leave anything forJaidev in his will so Jaidev has filed the petition . The estranged brother is expected to go all out against Uddhav at the press conference.

What should be bothered Uddhav is Jaidev may mortify him and the party by sharing details of more property, bank accounts and ornaments so far not mentioned in the will.

At stake is the ` 100 crore – according to Jaidev – property and assets belonging to the late Sena patriarch.
Whereas Balasaheb’s will states that the total assets and property is worth only ` 14.85 crore, Jaidev claims that the Matoshree bungalow is itself worth ` 40 crore.

Prima facie the Sena patriarch’s will is a “ solid” legal document and signed by Balasaheb in the presence of two, Lawyers said.
