DCP VB Kamalasan Reddy on Monday inaugurated 31 Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras to be installed by the Association of Jagdish Market Shopping Centre, Abids. The DCP appreciated the efforts of the association in securing the commercial area with the cameras.
He said installation of surveillance cameras would help preventing crimes and will help police in getting hand on the burglars. “The CCTV recording would be connected to police command control. Additional DCP (C) M Ram Mohan Rao, Assistant ACP (Abids) P Jaipal and association members of Jagdish Market were also present on the occasion.
