Jagan’s remand extended till June 3

The CBI court on Monday extended the judicial remand of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and other accused in the Disproportionate Assets (DA), OMC and Emaar cases up to June 3.

The CBI special court heard the case through video conference. The other accused whose remand has been extended include Mopidevi Venkata Ramana and Nimmgadda Prasad in DA case, bureaucrat KV Brahmananda Reddy, Gali Janardhan Reddy, Srinivas Reddy Mehfuz Ali Khan in the OMC case and Sunil Reddy in the Emaar case.

Meanwhile, the court has exempted Roads and Buildings minister B Dharmana Prasada Rao from appearing before the court. However, Vijaysai Reddy and senior bureaucrat Manmohan Singh appeared before the court. (INN)
