Jagan will not leave party

Kadapa, August 16: Mr. Adinarayana Reddy, Congress MLA from Jammalamadugu has said that Kadapa MP Mr. YS Jaganmohan Reddy would not leave the Congress party as was being publicized by a section of the media.

Talking to the media here on Sunday, he also said that the congress high command had not imposed any restrictions on the participation of Congress leaders in the ‘Odarpu Yatra’ of the late Chief Minister Dr. Y S Rajasekhara Reddy’s son. He said he did not understand why some people have been creating romours about the party leadership directing MLAs, MPs and other leaders not to participate in Jagan’s programmes.

He has clarified that there were no such instructions from the high command. He said the party leadership has not asked Mr. Jagan not to proceed with his tour and clarified that the tour would continue as scheduled.

It may be mentioned here that Minister Mr.Balineni Srinivasa Reddy and Congress MP Mr. Sabbam Hari have also clarified that the party leadership had not imposed any restrictions on party leaders participating in Mr. Jagan’s tour programme. They also said all the reports about such restrictions were just rumours being created by some interested parties.
