YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and Vijaysai Reddy today filed a memo against the fifth charge sheet filed by CBI contending that it is against the Supreme Court directive.
The charge sheet filed by CBI involving Dalmia Cements is against the apex court directives, he said in the memo filed with the Nampally court. They recalled that CBI has told the Supreme Court that it will investigate the seven aspects and file a final charge sheet.
Contrary to that statement, it has now filed charge sheet only on one aspect (Dalmia Cements). They also urged the court to treat this as the final charge sheet. (INN)
