Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy has alleged that the YSR Congress chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy was trying to divide the Congress party.
Speaking at a meeting of party workers after his arrival here on Friday for party’s election campaigning, Kiran Kumar Reddy called upon the party ranks to spurn the malicious campaign being carried against the government. He said that Jagan was day-dreaming of instantly becoming Chief Minister of the State. He questioned whether any one could be convinced that a person (Jagan) who has constructed a palace in one lakh square yards was thinking about the poor people. He also questioned if it was proper for a person with criminal connections to be in public life. Kiran has announced that the government would hold municipal elections within two to three months.
