The CBI special court on Monday adjourned to Tuesday the petition of YSR Congress party president and Kadapa MP Jagan Mohan Reddy seeking permission to cast his vote in the Presidential elections scheduled to be held on July 19.
In the petition, Jagan Mohan Reddy claimed that he has the right to vote in Presidential elections as a responsible member of the Parliament and appealed to the court to permit him to cast his vote from Hyderabad. After hearing of arguments, the court posted the petition for further hearing to Tuesday.
